Not only were they professional, capable and flexible, meeting our changing needs, but they bridged all gaps (including both time and emotion) our dispersed and busy family felt regarding Mom's care. They were there for companionship, humor, love and exemplary health care -- for our matriarch and all generations who adored her as we were coming and going or even unable to visit. Their hospice program met us where we were, and Mom (a retired nurse and alert nonagenarian) embraced each caregiver as extended family. Any accredited home care service may be able to provide the basics, but we were most fortunate to find In Perfect Hands empathetic guides and compassionate partners for the challenges of Mom's final journey. They were there for our peace of mind as well as Mom's peaceful passage."

She was always telling us how helpful your staff was and how they even sat and did puzzles with her and she loved doing puzzles! I loved the logs your staff did at the end of each of their shifts.
